To help us make the next MSM Pre-Conference the best one yet, we are currently soliciting input on the issues that matter to you most. Surveys continue to be gathered both online and at major regional conferences. Responses from the English surveys and online discussion forums are displayed here for you to read and discuss. You can respond to the data and comments you see here on the English-language discussion forum. This page is periodically updated with the latest responses to better facilitate a real-time dialogue across languages.

[Survey] "Do you have any additional comments or suggestions? (Other topics of discussion, potential speakers, etc.)"
(Country indicates where respondent works)
- Malaysia: I suggest including SRH education and positive prevention methods for msm in our
preconference meet.- Malaysia: As Prevention has always been the first goal in order to stop transmission of HIV,
we need to address Positive Health as the responsibility of both the HIV-positive and the
non-positive partners. There is a need to engage the HIV-positive MSM in all levels of
programme design, planning, implementation and monitoring. The HIV-positive person
needs to have a stake in making prevention happen. There is also a great need to lobby for
changes in existing legal impediments to provision of services for MSM in many countries.- Pakistan: A topic usually ignored is "Islam and MSM" or Religion and MSM in general. I cofacilitated
a closed meeting at the ICAAP 2009 in Bali on Islam and MSM.....and it was a
great success.
