Израильский суд решает, что городское самоуправление должно финансировать ЛГБТ-центр

The Israeli Supreme Court ruled last week that the city of Jerusalem must fund the a local lesbian and gay community center the same as it funds other social groups' institutions.

The Executive Director of Jerusalem Open House, Yonatan Gher, said the decision follows "years of homophobic refusal of City Hall to support the JOH and its activities (and) almost five years of legal struggle."
